The Cairngorms Christian Centre,
built in 1976, was know to the many thousands of visitors here as the
Badenoch Christian Centre. Following a change in policy concerning its
residential centres, the Church of Scotland reluctantly decided to
close the Badenoch Christian Centre, but now, with the help of the
Church, a group of Christians local to Kincraig have leased the
building from the Church and re-opened the Centre in April 2006. |
Jane
Wylie, who for years used to come as a visitor to the Centre with her
family, has now moved to Kincraig and taken up the post of Manager. She
is ably assisted by Liz Aisthorpe who has returned recently to
Kincraig from Nepal where she and her husband worked with International
Nepal Fellowship for several years.
